Conscious Yoga

 These classes are novel in the sense that they are based on group consciousness. The focus is on gentle yoga postures for "flexibility, breathwork for energising and meditation for relaxation".

Hatha Yoga

 Developed over thousands of years these sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breath. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Hollybolly Zumba Yoga Mix

These 1 hour sessions I have designed to make you feel nicely worked out. You are moving to your own rhythm, learning Zumba moves which are suitable for all levels. They are followed by relaxing yoga stretches to ensure you properly warm down

Kundalini Yoga

These classes are an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. They activate specific parts of your brain that increase awareness and generate more balanced control. Through a dynamic blend of postures, meditation, pranayama (breathing), music and mantra, this practice works to increase the nervous system on a cellular level and increase your energetic awareness.
